The Huff Family: First Week at Home

It has been a very busy first week of life for Wyatt. Today was really the first day we spent at home since we brought Wyatt home from the hospital. He had his first tummy time today and we wasn't the biggest fan. He is sleeping more than we remember Lincoln sleeping in the beginning. Speaking of big brother, he has done an excellent job of being easy around the new addition and always wants to give him kisses. Luckily he hasn't tried to pick him up or anything of the nature. The worst he has done is accidentally bump Wyatt in the head with one of his toy cars. Wyatt didn't seem to mind so crisis averted. I will say that the biggest change thus far has been the amount of time you have to allow to leave the house. It seems like we lose 20 minutes just in the trip downstairs to the garage. All in all it has been a smooth transition and now we just move into the extended sleep stage (we hope). Wyatt also had his 1 week appointment and was back up to birth weight. He also is now around 22 in. long. A growing boy!
