Lincoln's first year of Football!

Tackle football at that! Lincoln was one of the youngest in the 5-7 year old TACKLE league. He is not a naturally aggressive child so this was a little bit of a stretch for him and a real learning curve. His younger brother however can't wait to turn 5 and tackle people to the ground. It was a long time consuming sport but a learning experience for sure. We will see if it is something we decide to try again....

KY State Fair 2014

It's that time again! State Fair. I love this place. It's unique and common, delicious and disgusting, fun and exhausting all at the same time. This year was no exception. This is the first year we haven't been able to go on a weekday during the day. Everyone was so hungry by the time we got there I didn't have a chance to take a picture of our food, the main event in my opinion. JR loves the Krispy Kreme burger and told the boys he was going to get a hamburger on a donut. Lincoln of course was licking his chops and asking for his own, meanwhile Wyatt was shaking his head saying "That's no good to me". LoL. Mini JR and mini Sarah. We got to enjoy the dog show, the bike stunts, fish tanks, Safety Town, cakes and of course food.
